I get inspired by looking at abstracted artwork. Such as abstract sculptures, paintings, collages, drawings..whatever. I love seeing the lines and shapes people use and try to figure out the reason they used them the way they did. Looking at something that someone else has done, allows me to create a story myself about it. By doing this, I come up with my own idea, most of the time it being totally different then what I was originally looking at. I also like looking at the colors other people use and try and figure out why they used them, whether to set a certain mood or feeling, or if it just doesn't make any sense at all. Most of the time I have no clue why someone used the colors they used, but I like trying to think of some sort of feeling I'm supposed to get by looking at those colors, and it makes me come up with more ideas from the feeing I created myself from their picture.
